Everyone wishes to get all your needed things in one place. PDF Utils is a PDF file editing application that contains all the needed and most used tools. It is a fully offline application in the sense of tool service. But it has ADs for that it uses the internet.

Home Page
On opening the App, all the tools available are present. At the top right corner, a toggle menu is given which contains settings and other feedback options. The list of tools available,
1. Merge PDF/Images
2. Reorder, Rotate and Delete any page in a PDF
3. Extract images from the PDF
4. Split the PDF file into 2 files (Page range or selected PDF)
5. Add protection to PDF (set password)
6. Remove the protection of the PDF file
7. Convert image to PDF and PDF to image
8. WEBP to PDF - Type the URL you want to save it as a pdf
9. Add Watermark to PDF file
10. Type and Save it as PDF (Text to PDF)
11. Add page number to the PDF file
